ok soo I picked up a used 5.1k and it works fine like perfect if I only have the sub in solonaric L7 12 wides to 2 ohm .!i our the other 4 speakers on 2 JL Audio c2 rated at 4 ohm and 2 jbl4x7 rated at 3 ohm I wired no matter what way I have them wired the amp starts throwing temp and overload lights anyone else have this problem or what it might b ? I took the speakers off each channel and wired them in series - to positive + on speaker then + to - on amp for the jbl to rais to 6ohm thinking the 3 ohm load was to much for the amp bit still cuts out and goes into protective mode .
