The easiest method i know of is to take your piece, bring the blade up till it's about one 8th of an inch or so from fully cutting through. Then move your fence the desired distance and repeat, the closer you group your cuts the tighter you can curve it! The only problem is it isn't very strong so you may need to fiberglass it! Good luck!

Why dont you post the page! Car audio nuts routeenly want to do the impossible (MDF was NEVER meant to be bent), and that is one of the things that makes this crowd so hard to please. As soon as someone says "you cant do that!:" the usual responce is "Stay outta my way and watch me!"
Pictures of your the cuts would be cool too!

I don't know how to post pics but it is easy. It ends up looking like lined paper turned sideways then you bend it backwards n0w if it is for an enclosure i would again suggest fiberglass to strengthen it!That's the best way i can explain it!

May i mention one more suggestion? One other possible route is 1/4" bendable plywood. It is made with loose wood grain running side to side, rather then crisscrossed. This stuff bends like mad. It is good for panels or enclosures but only use it on an enclosure if you fiberglass it on the inside, Due to the fact that your staples and glue tend to pull through if alot of pressure is applied.
