Big 3 Update and Fusing

I'm looking at doing the big 3 upgrade in my 2000 Hyundai Elantra and was wondering if/where I should be fusing the new wires. My stock wiring comes off the alternator in 3 posts - one wire goes somewhere I have no clue, one wire goes into the fuse box with a 20A fuse, and one goes into the fuse box with a 100A fuse. Which post should the new wire come off, and where should I fuse it? In the fuse box or externally? What size fuse?

Thanks in advance
Andrew

i would say you have a 100 alt
are you getting a bigger alt ?
can you post a pic of this ?

i would think (not know) 1 goes to the 100amp then into your battery 2 goes to the fusebox for the car to run 3 to feed the hamster

it is hard with out seeing the car

90 amp alt, and no, wasn't planning on upgrading at least not in the near future. I will see if I can get some pictures tomorrow, but yes I believe you are right. One definately goes to the 100amp fuse and then to the battery... One defiantely goes to the fuse box but then I don't know where and then the other one is anybodys guess haha.
