Anyone have any experiance on a 2001 bmw 540 were putting a H.U in it and can seem 2 get audio at the factory amp.The amp is turning on,but no sound

not 100% sure but it is possible the output is already low so if you are using a LOC the output will be too low. just like the new Dodge factory amplified systems. if just cut your RCA and solder +/- to it.

yeah you should beable to get a prewired bmw harness that has rca;s on it.
