--------8ohm----------

that should double the volt output... and 8 ohm should not cause underload issues and the output will become mono (I know that's how it works on certain amplifiers)....Am i wrong?

P.s:

:::::::- this denotes empty space, apparently you cannot put multiple spaces on this forum as it would be recognized as one space... I hope the diagram makes sense
Are you decoding a 5.1 or better signal? If you're listening to a CD or any other stereo source, there are only two channels to work with... Hence what kevmurray was saying... The rear channels are already bridged to duplicate the signal exactly. Plus it maximizes the power/size available. And to make matters worse, the signals aren't summed left-to-right, so it's not actually a mono signal and can cause problems when the left - signal doesn't exactly mirror the +. Like mentioned before, it's just a bad idea

Ok now this makes more sense! thanks for explaining this to me me lol....

well the deck has variable timing so i figured all 4 channels are separate (actually 6- front rear and subs)... but then timing might be adjusted with some cap configuration that's after the amps... but then volume can be adjusted to each of 6 channels separately... so I'm a bit lost here as you can tell lol..
