Circut Breakers
I know the general principals behind fuses and breakers, but I had a few questions.
1) My Xtant amp is rated at 100amps, would it be wise to use a 100amp circut breaker at the battery? I dont mind spending the money, what sort of advantages are there in using a breaker?
2) Are there any IASCA rules that dictate the use of breakers/fuses at the battery?
Thanks

IASCA rules state that the power wire must be fused within 18 wire inches of the battery. Wire inches would be the actual distance of the cable not the physical distance from the battery.
Check out the ICB's from soundgate, they are way better than fuses or circuit breakers.
