Civic Dead Power Issue

Hey guys first post kinda sorta...I have a 2004 honda civic coupe non-hatchback. Today I was pulling out a malfunctioning deck(cd motor stopped working) to put in another deck. I wasn't being careful enough and ended up blowing the accessory fuse, I put another in but nothing but lights function when the key is out of the ignition. When the car is turned on everything works fine(basically ruling out any fuses). I still checked every fuse, in the car and under the hood. I also checked the battery terminals. The car is absolutely dead when the keys out, but the int lights and headlights do still work. Power locks don't, same with mirrors. Anyone have any idea what may have caused this?

Thanks in advance, david

double check the fuses....another good reason to disconnect the battery when removing or installing a deck...
