Closed cell foam
Closed cell foam
Where can I get it in Canada?
I've been doing a lot of research and for deadening espescially in the doors and behind panels, closed cell foam glued in seams to work.
They use CCF in tanks for the military, so it must work!
So, anyone?
Not sure what thickness or weight though!

I actually went to home depot awhile back and bought a huge role of CCF for basement underlay for like 20 bucks and have used it in my last car and am using it in my current car as well. I used it mainly inside the inner door behind the speaker and also on the floor of the vehicle as well. I actually installed mine on top of the B quiet I had already put in to give a litte extra dampening. BTW if your going to install CCF make sure you get yourself a can of 3M super 77 glue!

Home Depot has 2 types, 1/4 thick (black) and 1/16 or 1/32 (white).
Walmart also has a foam for crafts, seems closed cell too and is much thinner. (did not absorb any water). Used it to make gaskets for MDF rings.
Try noise control companies in yellow pages.
