Cutting doors
What is your weapon of choice for cutting holes in doors, the metal? What would you guys recommend for a shadetree installer, that does not have a compressor, or access to a plasma cutter? Sawzall, jigsaw?
A jigsaw might work if shorten the blade a bit... I've been using a dremel for such tasks lately... I've also used metal sheers, but its alot harder to make a clean hole..
I was going to try the oxy-acetaline torch in my car before... the one spot was in the rear deck where I figured Id burn something, and the other was in the wheel well above the gas tank, so I opted against it.. lol
For the doors with the right tip Id try it out

I've got just a run of the mill sears dremel and use reinforced cuttoff wheels... will handle 2mm thick steel just fine.. (although something like a saw would probably be much faster)
I've also used the other grinding disks that come in like 40 packs.. they work better because they make a finer cutt... but you'll burn through quite a few... if you bend em at all they break apart...
