I am attempting to wire my Clarion deck to the Metra GM wiring harness.

The deck has 2 yellow leads, memory backup and bus power, both of these are to be wired directly to the battery. There is also a red lead, power lead, which is to be wired to 12V acc.

The GM wiring harness only has 2 power leads, red for ignition/acc and a yellow for the memory.

Do the 2 memory leads go together and the other 3 go together?

yes, do the memory ones to the yellow factory, as same for the red.
