If I don't have a router then what is the easiest way to round off the edges on a box?

Currently I just sand the corners off or plane them. This takes too much time...

Any ideas?

Have a buddy drive your car, roughly at 30 km.hr, open the door and drag the sub box on smooth cement until the desired round over is finished...

I use the cement retaining wall near where I cut my wood to smooth off the cut ends all the time. It works great.

Just make sure you're on a cement road/long driveway rather than asphalt when smoothing the box...no black marks that way!
