fans
A simple 3$ computer fan if anything. blowing OUT not IN, Other then that it's mostly heatsinks and keeping it uncoverd (not smoooootherin) it.
Why is it overheating in the first place? maybe you're working the amp too hard and invest into a bigger one?

think simple
air must go in and air must go out (the judge should be able to feel the air movement) but not hear the dang fan (this can be a challenge) you have numerous options available, might I recommend low speed fans for quiet (run a 16 or 24 volt fan at 12v and it will be slower) or you might have to baffle and add sound insulation to ductwork (you could have the duct blowing directly on the amp).

I made my own automatic cooling system for my amps. 6 variable speed (2 bring air in from out side the car)fans that change speed as the amps change temperature. As a second stage, if they amps go beyond a preset temp, I have compressed air that discharges to help with the cooling. Works very well. Most people think I have NOS in the trunk, LOL!
