I want to learn to use fiberglass to mount midrange speakers and tweeters on the door and in the dash, etc. but I have never used fiberglass so I need some help. Can anyone point me to a good internet source for fiberglass how-to?? I have a general idea about how it works but everything I have seen so far has been a bit vague (not sure when to stop with resin and start with Bondo and what type of resin, bondo and paint etc.).

Thanks

this is a good site,

http://web.njit.edu/~cas1383/proj/main/,

one of the first ones I found when I was looking to start...helped me out alot....after you try something little, you just have to use your imagination....once you've done a couple jobs it's alot easier.

Most of the installs in our Gallery give you step by step of how we do things at the shop.

^^^ all great sites, (especially Tim's), but this is another forum that shouldn't be overlooked. Personally I think the admins have too many hidden agenda's for me to participate as I would in a regular forum, but there are some great build-ups, and awesome pics of projects all the members are doing..... Glassmans Custom Forum This one as well helped me a lot way back when, starting out with glass... The 12Volt.com

regards, Mark
