Thumbs up firewall success!

hey, well for all you out there that own tiburons, you may kno that it is a pain in the *** tryin to find a way to run your power cable through your firewall. i was one of them the other day! today i went to my local mechanic and we lifted my car on the hoist and looked for about 20mins tryin to find a way to get this cable through. then we found a way! if you look underneath you will find a drainage hole with a plug over it, take the plug out and drill a hole (size of your cable) and go directly up. then when you lower your car and look inside the vehicle you should see your cable poke though right somewhat underneath your gas pedal. (at least thats where mine was) so yea, hopefully this helped some of you tiburon owners out there cause believe me i kno what its like pissin around with that firewall! haha. peace

I hope you used a rubber gromet to protect the wire from rubbing, or you will eventually get a hot foot under your gas pedal.

To be Honest I've worked on one of these before and getting some 4 G in the firewall was not that bad at all.

But I've heard of people takeing fenders of etc to get the wire in the car

I want to see what the 2007's are like
