Hi I am looking to put a little bass in my truck and am thinking of the following things.
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/Subwoofers/Champion/TS-W1007D2%7CD4?tab=B
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/Amplifiers/PRSSeries/PRS-D4200F?tab=A
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/Speakers/PRS-Series/TS-C720PRS
The deck has not been decided on and I will run just the single sub to start. My question is this. I want to wire the the components to two channels and bridge the other 2 for the sub. I think that I want a two ohm sub and wire it in series so that it runs at four ohms which is what I think the amp will put out when bridged. Does this sound right and will it work?
Thanks

As long as the coils on the sub are wired in series you will be fine.....
