awesome thanks, i'll check that site. i've already got 2 good layers of fleece down and about 2 litres per layer. how many layers of fleece should be layed in the bottom of a box? if i need anymore i think i might just try and get a 50 gallon drum.

Well Tim Baile told me to never ever use cheap resin or bondo's, he said your just gunna end up buying the good stuff in the end and doing it all over again, I had asked him for some tips.. So yeah, good luck and tell us how it went and what you used...

Good Luck!

Speaker grill cloth also works awesome instead of fleece and it soaks a little easier as well. Always buy decent resin and catalyst.

i'll get some pics once i get it to look half decent. i got bondo brand resin and hardner. i picked it up at walmart, and actually cleaned out their supply today. now i have used 5 litres just to get 2 layers down and fill some small holes in the bottom where i didn't get the fleece tight against the sides. the inside still looks pretty funky, i have some cutting and stuff yet to do in there. next time i'm just gettting a 20L pail and going from there.
