I have 3 amp all soundstream rubicons:
1 Rubi 805 (50x4+200X1 @ 4 ohm) not using the sub channel
2 Rubi 1002 (200x2 @ 4 ohm) each wired to a 4 ohm load

when i have the system turned up my front end cuts out and well i have no music.
at first i thought it was my CD changer, so i moved it, didn't help
then maybe i wasn't getting enough voltage from my deck to turn on the 3 amps, so i hooked up a relay, didn't help.
any suggestions would be of emence help.

thanks

Don't tell me you work at Seductive Sounds, and are asking a question like that

sounds like a shorted, or partially shorted speaker lead.

disconnect the front leads from the amp, and using your DMM, test each lead to ground (no ground good, ground bad!). Test the + to the - and make sure they are 4 ohms (won't usually cause a rubicon to cut out).
Good luck

low voltage or impedence is causing the amp to go into protection
it only does it when you turn it up right?
if you disconnect your subs it no longer does ti right?

i tested all the lead for my speakers and everything is good no shorts and all the resistances are there.

why would unhooking my subs from one amp affect the output from another amp?

i think that there may be an internal problem with my 805. anyone know anyone in the GTA that knows about Soundstream amps?

ya think low voltage might if ya read my post
running less amps reduces the current draw
which inturn will reduce the voltage draw which inturn may stop you amp from shutting down which inturn may help you resolve your problem

all my voltages are fine.
relay on my remote turn ons
2 - 1 farad caps
when i hit the amp it cuts out, so i think that the 805 has a loose connection or something.
anyone know where i maybe able to fix it?

sounds like it, especially when you hit it.
Did the amp cut in and out while you drove over bumps?
