If you have front speaker crossovers, drop them down from under the dash if that is where they are mounted.

it is also quite possible the noisy RCA is damaged or defective not common but it happens

The crossovers are actually mounted down in the side kick plates. They are pretty big and there was a spot there for them. When the stereo was installed we had lots of extra rca and coiled it up in the dash and I think that this could possibly be to blame.

Both above mentioned things are very common causes of noises.

Thanks for everyone's help and input. I moved the rca's today with no change. I went to the stereo shop and swapped for a brand new deck. Still no change so I did the last thing left and grounded the rca's. I know it's not the best solution but it worked and there is no noise. My patience is gone for now, maybe someday I will try again.
