how do you bridge a 2channel amp

k i got a 600w JBL amp, 2 channel, the subs i have are 2-12" alpine type E's, there 600w each, and they are single voice coil
how do I bridge the amp to work right??

can someone make a diagram, on like the paint program and send it to my email : dirtrider2_8@msn.com
so i know what im doing

Umm basically you just use the outter 2 speakers connectors. Then you connect both + together and put in the + thingy on the amp and then you connect both - together and put it in the - on the amp.

Pretty easy.



should work. I know it's a JL amp, but it will work the same way with any amp

do u jus leave the other +,- open, like the inside terminals, or do you put a wire to them?

I would not recommend this option at all. First of all, if its a 2 channel then it will not be stable to 1ohm. You will need 8ohm woofers or Dual 4's [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

than i wont bridge, i will run just a 2 channel amp, if i screw the subs up i dont care
cuz not body helping me right in the first place

go to The elemental design website, they have a great wiring section, or if you google subwoofer wiring or something like that, RF has one, im sure theres quite a few others. good luck
