About the Xscargo thing, you can be lucky and get some good stuff or get messed over and waste money, right now i dont think they have much of anything for car audio worth buying but well my amp and subs are both from xscargo( amp being used by a friend but he got it from xscargo) and 2 12" clif design subs from xscargo put in a simple sealed box makin the total amount of money spent from my seats back being less than $150 and having the system rattle my rear view mirror loose( soon to fall off ) is well ya real impressive to me! wouldnt mind seeing what she will hit for db rating some day, altho its just a sealed box so it just sounds good n loud but still :P

and i even blew up one of the 12" subs(it was like a factory defect or somthin) and took it back before the 30 day ( i think ) warrenty was up and got a new one... had to fight the guy for it tho, he was tellin me he couldnt replace it cuz i hooked it straight up to the battery wat a smart guy! hahaha

XS cargo isnt always bad. I found a pair of HK120 MA audio subs in there hiding in a corner on clearance once for $90 each. one box was opened and the sub was dusty so I talked them into giving me both for $160 CAD + tax

Nice score.....I have had good luck with all of the stuff I bought there last year, and several friends are also still using their systems as well.....

If it's any consolation, so was I......they do push a lot of cheap crap thru those stores, but picking the right products seems to have worked out OK. There won't be any new records set with any of the systems I've put together with those products over the last year, but for the average Joe they still sound a lot better than the factory systems that were taken out.....

For the record, I'm sure you're aware of the reviews here and on other boards for the big Visonik, Clif Designs and MA Audio D class power amps. There are people doing well in comps south of the border using these products, and even tho the lines aren't as well known here doesn't mean it's all crap......

just got back from xs cargo!

what a joke! they have total garbage for sale! The 2x12 boxes I was interested in had bsolutely NO info on what the inpedancees are, and
though they look cool,I am going to have to get an amp for them that handles a very low load to be on the safe side! anybody out there have ANY idea what these boxes are rated at? the salesman had no clue!

So you are thinking about 2 12" boxes correct? So a total of 4 12" subs?
