Well it keeps going back to 13.34 after a little while of start and stop. So I charged the battery overnight to see if it will help. Next thing to try is a resister on the computers field input wire. Then, I'm just going to bypass the computer input all together.

I can only have one alt in a factory casing, in factory location for IDBL Stock class.... so I guess I have to work with what I have. Just need it to work to it's abilities.

Did you get time to play with this?? Any luck?

it's BIGGGG in the states. It basically overrides the factory voltage and amperage governer and allows the car to charge at a much higher voltage rate. Some of there more advanced modules, such as the ones used for multiple alt setup's allow the car to charge @ 15.4V with the flick of a switch.

give them a call or shoot them an email and i'm sure they'll suggest a module thats right for you. i honestly think the MLA module is whats going to fix your issue

In reading about the ford modules, yes I think your right. I wonder how much they cost. I've been on their site since your post. I'm going to give them a call.

I wonder if they are allowed in Canadian comps?? Rules say less than 15.5v allowed. Why aren't more people using them? I can't be the only person with this problem.

Well .... I called the phone # on the web site for MLA. Noone answered and the answering machine was the typical bell "Your call has been forwarded to voice messaging system, ********** is not available, ........." Find it strange for a business to have such a generic message.

So I sent them an email. I'll see if they respond. Even just tried to call again, same message.
