n00b ? big time here!

I have an 8" JL in a cube box, so it's pretty small. What is the best way to fix it in my trunk? I have a Legacy wagon if it helps.

What I meant by fix was attach it so it doesn't fly around thr trunk basically. I don't think Velcro will do the job. I don't really want to screw it into anything etc but will if I have too.

oh okay. umm pick some L-brackets up from the hardware store and screw that bichhh down. make sure to check where you are screwing into though...wouldnt want to poke a hole in the gas tank or something. i cant really see any other way, other then bungee cords or some lol

Ah, no wonder it's sliding around - puting carpet on the box will create friction between it and the surface it's sitting on in the back of the Legacy, it won't slide around unless your driving VERY agressively

Hmm ok cool I'll try that. In my last car I had a piece of wood across the whole trunk to brace it. It was a 1x4 I think, anyway I snapped it in half taking a cornor so I guess I'll need to chill...
