yeah i hear that.. but i guess if i sold my other equip then i could get a better battery upfront and possibly an alt aswell.

As far as the front stage goes im gunna need help thats why im here.. i wanna use another set of tweeters.. maybe some tang bang or something a long those lines... the mids need an enclosure in the center console so im asking someone to help me design and build it! anyone have experience with putting there mids in an mdf center console?

im staying away from the doors because im not getting the right response from them and pods are difficult because its so close to my clutch that i keep hitting my foot off the pod when i shift. so the best place is the center console.

The W15GTi sounds fantastic in an IB setup! Definitely worth considering...

really? it doesn't mention running them in the manual online for IB. i would definately need a hand creating that setup. i think for now im leaning towards just using one due to power and space issues... i wish i had a larger car

Quoted from the owners manual from the JBL site ("choosing an enclosure"):

While infinite baffle mounting of GTi Series subs is possible, power handling will be compromised since there will be no enclosed volume of air to help the speaker’s suspension control the motion of the woofer’s cone.

For this reason, we do not recommend infinite-baffle mounting for high-power applications.

I added the underline to "high power"

If space and power is an issue, IMO, IB might be even more appealing!

You mentioned that you were looking to use only one sub - the car in which I heard the W15GTi used IB, used only one and it was more than enough for a SQ install.
This was the install in question:

Just providing some food for thought.
