need help with setup. just guessing on this
new to this forum, car im building is a 95 cavaleir, soon to be a cavfire.
most ive ever hooked up for audio is a h/u and single amp and single sub. so im kinda guessing on how this goes.
i wasnt really thinkin when i drew it on the computer, i ment to put the epicenter after the crossover,
sound processor = the epicenter, crossover = coustic MX-3
im thinkin theres a huge chance ive got this all wrong. any advice would be appreciated! i got some time before i start wireing. i just ripped out panels seats console and carpet out yesterday so i can lay down some deadner and run everything under the carpet
THANKS
cheers

what is your head Unit? do you already have a low pass for your sub and high pass for your front and rears? if so you dont need the coustic MX-3. If not it looks good. You may want to take a look at your lil R and L at your speakers. I think you mixed some up.

OK, so I pulled the manual and you do have subwoofer low pass filter. settings are thru 60, 80 and 120 Hz (I think) Since you are using an external crossover I suggest you leave the subwoofer control in the "thru" position and set your low pass on your crossover. You dont want 2 low pass filters! Otherwise things look good! On a separate note, if you dont have the crossover yet you may want to upgrade to a HU that has Highpass for the front and rears also, That way you also have full control up front and you dont need an external crossover. Or, check what amps you are getting or have, many already have highpass and low pass filters built in !
