New build log

Well the Cavalier is no more. So now the fun begins, spent 3 hours the other day pulling all the gear out of it. Now we start on the new build, stepping up a little in the world as the new car is a 99 Chrysler LHS. The body is a little rough and will need some TLC in the near future. A couple small dings and some clearcoat peel, planning on a paint job in spring. The interior is in immaculate condition though. As the build progresses I will update here. So here are the pics of the car so far...

Yeah doing research on these I have found there were a lot of lemons right off the lot. Hopefully with 195k all those have been dealt with. Runs like new, tranny shifts smooth and quiet. Major power steering leak will end up around $2-300 to fix. Other than that I can't find a thing wrong, A/C works perfect, no check engine light on, interior is pristine. For $1500 I think I got a steal.

What a difference from driving the Cavalier. No power anything versus full power and heated everything. LOL I always preferred the look of the 300M, I used to have an 02. I will tell you though for what I paid and the condition it is in I am really starting to like this car. Not to mention it is virtually the identical interior to my 300M that I absolutely loved, which is why I have been hunting for one. This came up for $1500 and I snagged it. My 300M was $24k

Either way nice ride Nick! What's going to be the overall game plan for it?
