Is it possible to run two amps but only have one power wire running from the battery... I was wanting to add a 600 watt amp to my car. I already have a 1000watt kenwood amp in there right now but I was thinking could I just attach another power wire from my kenwood and run it to my other amp for power or do I need to run a totally different line from the battery? If I dont need to and this idea works do I need to hook up the ground seperate from the otehr?

go buy a distrobution block at your local stereo shop. ($15-$20) Pigtailing is bad. Get a distro block for your power and make sure you run both grounds to the same ground point on your body. If you are gonna run both those amps you should have 4 gauge power and ground wire
