Well, since I have some spair computer parts lying around, I thought I would build a system...In my car.

So far I have the burner, DVD-Rom and 40 GIG Harddrive mounted. I didn't plan any of this out so its all done as I go.

Curious, why do you need a burner in the car? Or was it the only extra CD drive you had lying around?

 

Yea, and why are their two drives at all?

Why not 1 DVD-ROM, and a Removable Harddrive caddy?

 

Have you ever been somewhere and someone had a cd you liked...Im sure it will come in handy for burning disk to disk on the fly...pun intended.

Nice and handy computers run off of 12VDC

Ive bin think of doing this to my old p3-800 and put in a 15inch lcd to the car also. Why do a 7 inch when u can go bigger
