What I do know is that IDMAX's and IDMAX parts have been unavailable to us since around June of last year from what I remember, as Mark has stated. If they were available, that's news to me as we have a list as long as my arm of dealers waiting for them. So this is out of our control. We only know what we are told. Trust me, I want them as badly as you do since they do VERY well for us. I do understand now that this supply issue will no longer be a problem........ EVER AGAIN...... apparently.
Re-coning IDMAX's should not be done without the proper knowledge or training because of the very tight tolerances. Period. This is not a regular re-coning operation.
I'm uncertain as to how you know Mark will not accept your phone calls or has blocked you on MSN (mind you I don't use MSN much). Do you call him and actually see him not pick up the phone??? If that's the case, I'll have a talk with him as customer service is the foundation of KANKAR.
Finally, I guess I'm actually really disappointed that you have posted such comments here on CCA after you were helped out.......... and considering the flavour of your comments, you really don't seem to understand much behind what's going on. This sort of behavior further reinforces to me why we no longer do this sort of thing for people outside of our dealer network.
