If it were me I would get a very good quality LOC and use the factory HU.

Which is exactly what you are going to have to do. Use the Audio Control EQS. The first of three amps in in the center of the rear parcel shelf. Look up from underneath. There will be 5 preamp lines going to it all covered in a grey sheath. They are front / rear / center preamp lines. Find the front and the rear lines, cut off the ends, solder rca ends onto them and plug them into the inputs of the EQS = done like dinner. Be prepared for this though, there is very little gain on the rear as compared to the front. The door speakers are almost 9" wide and are a real fine POS speaker system with more amplifiers in the doors to drive these speakers. The tweeters in the door run off of the signal that is driving these indoor amplifiers. I hate this car......
