School me boys and girls

Should I kill myself or do I get a cookie for this being my first time ever having looked at wiring car audio in my life?

Am I going to set myself on fire is probably the more important question here....

and assuming this is correct in which order should it be wired?

in the diagram you don't have the grounds going to the amp, I'd suggest getting a distro block and doing that if you want them to work

Yes I do, they're the negatives that run to the battery which will then be welded or soldered to the rear inner quarter panel.

Or should I ground the battery and amps all seperately?

just ground the amps to a bolt in the trunk, test it with a multi meter if you've got one first

So - Ground the battery and the amps seperately.
Anything else I'm missing?
And in what order should I wire everything?

That much I havent decided on - but more than likely tucked in at the front of my trunk and just fabricate a little housing that Ill screw to the trunk and secure overtop with a bungee cord just so it cant bounce out or around for that matter.

make sure its a dry cell battery and its secured well, your gonna have to run wires to your alt so it charges as well and yeah, just ground that batt. in the trunk to a bolt to the chassis as well as the amps

I'm pretty new to this , but I believe that you need to put a switch in to disconnect the 2 batteries when the car is not running ( ie the alt is not charging) a battery isolator will do this automatically.
