Dereck, are you mounting those vertically?
If you are, you'll be taking advantage of a phenomenon known as the D'appolito affect. It's much less sensative to listener positioning, than normal driver arrays. Simply known as MTM, in high end audio it works wonders for imaging, creates a very good dispersion pattern.
Crap, I just realized you know this...Loudspeaker Cook Book talks about it.

Yeah, but it is going to be a horizontal D'Appolito array. In a vertical array the dispersion is controled to keep reflections from a floor or ceiling to a minimum, in my application (horizontal) it will keep reflections to the sides to a minimum. Since it is easier to control reflections off the roof and floor with acoustic treatments I thought that would be best, as it is hard to do anything with the windows to control reflections. I have been experimenting for about a year with the set-up and have pretty much finalized everything on how it is going to work.
