as you can see I have the grill cut out and the outer ring is still there, I mounted one with black hot glue.... kinda looks bad up close but far away looks great.... Anyone got suggestions???

I figured a method out cut a few chunks out of the grill and a feww slits in the outer ring and bend over the tabs....

jeremiah, build a new grill. take a rounter and router a new pair of grills, the holes will be perfecty round, then you can cover them in grey grill cloth and i will look great. btw, you never should have cut the factory grills out until you had a plan

You could put some sort of trim tab around the rim to cover up the edges

Or like was said, cover them in grille cloth. Then the hot glue will be hidden from view. Make sure to pop the AVI emblem off and glue back on in the same spot after the cloth is on. Makes for a nice touch.

Yeah that's what's goin on right now will have new pics tomorrow, but major focus is getting the sub box built and see how much room I have to work with.....
