I ran it through Bassbox, looks like you are tuned around 33hz. It suggested that you tune it to 30hz, which would be two 4" ports, 19.2" long. Not sure if this will work any better for your setup, though.

30 is kinda low for a Stroker 12.

Oddly, nothing looks out of the ordinary concerning size and tuning.

I sure hope you're not hammering the crap out of that sub.

How much port area do you have? I suspect turbulence because those subs like to have plenty of port area. A single 6" won't do.

Where's Gilligan's Hitch? He's got a buddy in AB area that knows the stroker.

Food for thought:
When I had my Stroker 15, I tried it temporarily in a 3.3 cu ft box. It barely moved with just 600 RMS and 27" of square port area. The 15 recommends 5 cubes, while the 12 needs only 3.2, and you've got about 25" sq port area, so I don't know what's the dealio, lol. The numbers seem to work, and that's what's confusing me.

If anything, I would start by cutting 3" off each port to increase the tuning frequency to 36/37.
