The biggest box I can make it 1.9 cubic feet. Now when stuffing it, is there a guide to how much you put in, to how much the sub will think the Box is bigger?

Also when doing the Port calculation, would you calculate using the box volume, or the box + stuffing calculation?

usually one pound of polyester stuffing will make the speaker see a 30% increase in box size
if you have leap it will calculate it for you
sealed or ported

So when I stick some Pollyfill into my box. When I calculate the ports length, I should use my 'new' volume?

Not louder, but the subwoofer will react as if it were in a larger box. This usually increases the low frequency extention, but if anything, it would probably be a little quieter. One thing I've always noticed when stuffing a box (lol! no joke intended) is that it sounds less boomy.

My experience has been that a little deeper bass will result from stuffing a ported box. Now as to design the port with the stuffing in mind I am not sure about. But, if you design it without it, you'll know that when you do stuff it your low end extension will increase a bit.
