Excellent...nothing like a little booze to kill the time! Well, I did the test and nadda. In fact, you can get in the car and without putting the key in the ignition, hit the power button on the deck and it fires up.

I really concentrated for a long time...like 6-7 beers, and with the key out, doors closed and me sitting by the woodstove...it never shut off.

Now that I think of it, the car is a recovered stolen vehicle, I suppose something in the ignition swith could've been messed up, or not repaired properly. I think I'll just let it go and concede to having to turn my deck off *gasp* manually.
