has anyone calculated the volume of the storage compartment in a mid 90s toyota extended cab? i want to install a kicker 8l5 and i want to port it . help please!

tough one. I did this trick in a couple of extracab Toys but the owners always opted for sealed. Anyway.. that space is not a set volume - it connects to the sidepanel under the extracab window and IIRC it is common with the compartment on the passenger side too.

Your best bet would be to first seal off the space you want to use (have fun around the rear seatbelt mounts) and either measure it with packing peanuts or cut a piece of 3" pipe 12" long and see what tuning that gets you. From there you can adjust the pipe to suit.
