1) Redo system with 1/0
2) Buy a set of HID headlights... being they are more efficient you won't see the lights dim

1. Are you 100% certain this will fix the issue? I wanna be pretty positive before I dish out money for expensive 1/0 gauge

2. I have HIDS, they dim VERY slightly, barley noticeable. The ones that are bugging me are my gauge lights, dash lights, and a few LED/Cathodes I have hooked up to a switch.

you should have had your stock alternator re-wound and rebuilt then it could have been a high output unit. also most places suggest 1 farad of stored power per 1000 watts of amplifier power being that your drivers are dvc that amp could very well be producing 2000 watts also drawing upwards of 100 amps- stock honda alts are only 60 amps peak

Do the following:

a. BIG 3 in 1/0awg
b. 1/0awg runs to the trunk.
c. Extra batt in the trunk
d. 4awg runs from the extra batt in the trunk to your amps

Civics, tegras, and other small engine cars dont have a strong electrical systems that most V6's and V8's do so your going to need to utalize extra batterys to avoid voltage drops. Theres no way you'll be able to run 1500rms w/o an extra batt

^^that's about your best solution at this point. If you eventually find a high output alt, then the system is complete. Keep in mind that some cars never stop dimming no matter what you do...they dim a lot less than initially, but always seem to have a little bit there. If you've done all that you can, don't worry about it, just ignore it and enjoy your system.

Some power windows can pull as much as 20-25A. On a 80amp alt (don't know what yours is) that works out to a 30% draw. Just for the windows. And if it's any consolation my interior lights dim a little when I run my windows too and I have a 200 amp HO alt.

i notice in most cars even if you try and roll up all four windows at the same time the go real slow and dim the lights lol...and that's without a system going...

Would be nice but you shouldn't have to with the stock alternator.

Also I have tried hooking up a 1 farrad cap, and using jumper cables connecting my car battery to my freinds (same car) while both cars running - still happens... <snip>
