DMM is your friend.
Using a DMM will show you what the wires are on the car side.

A DMM is a Digital Multi Meter.

Dude, please stop now. The vehicles wiring co,ors will not match aftermarket wiring colors and you can very seriously do alot of damage to your car. If you are not comfrtable using a DMM. You should not be attempting an installation on a vehicle that uses canbus turn-on for the head unit and dimmer. If you try pulling power from the canbus lines, you'll be spending a huge amount of money replacing 1-2 computer modules in that car.

If you really with to continue at this point. You can easily find the wiring colors for a dodge caravan doing a google search. VW did not change the wiring colors or pin locations

Like stated before, the new style VW's have a can-bus system. I recommend taking that specific car to a pro. Those are electrical systems that you don't want to mess around with.
