can you guys explain to me the effect on sound and output that closing off the area between the trunk and cabin has. I have seen many vehicles that have a amp wall or similar separating the trunk and cabin. I know in my car that having the seats up or down has an effect on sound and output. Is this strictly an aesthetic thing?

so it does restrict the sound from traveling into the cabin though?
I think it looks much nicer and was considering doing something similar in my new car.

They look like 10" Q's.

The set-up looks great, however, I fail to see the SPL side of things. SQ guy is wearing the pants in this relationship, what is SPL guy thinking?

The rings are situated in the current location for a photograph. And no they will not be firing at each other.
