the volume **** broke off my alpine cde-9881 deck. i have no idea where i can replace that. if i even can? i have asked a couple places and friends and no one knows

The only thing I can think of, replace the whole faceplate! Look on ebay, they have Millions of faceplates and I believe there is a ebay store, that if you email him , he can get just about any faceplate by request, and he is cheap!

Unless it does not have a Dface, then in this case, take it back to the dealer where you bought it from, Could possibly be covered under warranty?
