Zapco Z300C2 going to A single 12" Eclipse DVC in a custom to specs enclosure.

I Have a Zapco Z300C2 high powered amplifier that I would like to add to my current system. One problem....It has a power (12v+), remote (Amp turn on), then what I am unfamiliar with is the two ground wires. One being next to the 12v+ output, and the other says SIG GND. How do I run this style of amplifier....do I ground out twice on the same amp or what??????
