Hi Mark!

I randomly just jumped back on this forum after a long hiatus (I didn't have much activity previously either). Cool that one of the first things i see is a greeting from my hometown, Edmonton.

Are you currently running a system?

Cheers!

Casey

I've only ever driven a Ranger started with a '94 in '01 and upgraded to a '07 in '09.

This past weekend i also put 27 sqft of Hliner acoustic foam on the floor in all four doors and on the back wall and about 80 sqft of Ultimate B-Quiet dampener throughout the cab. Just have the roof to do and that should be done this weekend.

Best investment i have ever made in my stereo and it doesn't even make any noise, quite the opposite actually.

No pictures to share unfortunately

Nice, looking forward to pictures!

How do you like the power pack for your Alpine deck?? I run an Alpine HU too and have definitely considered it. I've been running infinity speakers in my 2000 cherokee off of deck power and am definitely investing in and installing a 4 channel amp once I'm home from school in BC for the summer

I haven't tried it yet, it's getting hooked up tomorr . . . I mean this afternoon.

The soundproofing and factory deck running the four 5x7's sounds good now, i should have a sh*t eating grin on my face after the deck and pack go in.

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! is when the real fun begins, installing this 12" sub

side note - i have read online somewhere that db drag rules say you are allowed two layers max of sound dampener, is this true? does that include any acoustic foam (1/2") underneath those two layers?
