Newbie here...building a system for my "83" Nissan Quad Cab.
Hi all,
I could use any suggestions you may have concerning a DIY sub and speaker setup for my "83" Nissan Quad Cab.
The OEM front kick panel takes up to 5-1/4" speakers but have so little room behind them they are hardly worth using as they are. I could probably put 6-1/2's in the rear side panels (but again, very little back spacing).
I have a good amount of room behind the bucket seats for a DIY sub box because of having small/thin, flip-up jump seats (although it is still a two door). Also, I have a decent (older, brand new) Sony head unit and plenty of power from separate JBL amps.
I REALLY would appreciate any suggestions on a pair of bucket seats that would swap out nicely from other truck/cars as well.
I will include pics soon.
Looking forward to being on here!
Thom
