1 minute presentation

i am doing a 1 minute presentation on how to do something....a skill....for example some dude did one on how to cut carpet so that a seam is perfect. took him 45 secs and then sumarized it all. i was thinking maybe how to do a run. how to register score. i actually thought about doing a 30 secnond run and then showing the score and how a burp effectively gets me to my ends. but considering that this is a on a second floor of a building that might get ugly.
i also thought about how to do a proper solder
crimp, solder, tape, and heat shrink all in 45 secs and then summarize. do any of you have any suggestions on what skill i can show for 45 secs and then summarize it for 15(full minute). has to be car audio related.

a teacher of mine showed me his skill video you'r talkin about he did how to properly cut metal with a hack saw. it showed how you first make a grove with a file then how to cut then he talked about how to safely hold the file.

im sure the other 20 receivers of this are going to teach a skill that they think is pertinent to thier business. i have many but compressing it into 1 minute is the hard part. can't get you dirty, no machines allowed. hand tools are, i have a small work bench for the presentation. and i can bring in anything as a prop(which means i have to carry it up one flight of stairs.
