Hey folks, we were in 7 11 pickin up our sport selects and htey had their own cell phone service being advertised - a pay and talk service.


Rates overall looked pretty solid:


20c/min no matter what denomination you buy
365 days expiry vs like 30 w/telus
5cent text message - telus you gotta buy 100 for $5


Anywho, i'm try'n to find more info, i know they talked about a website, although they didn't have the address listed. I'm wondering if anyone here has the website, or knows the ups and downs of the service - who it's thru? Maybe they've got crap coverage??

Hmm i've found a website with some info - turns out you gotta spell out 7 eleven. But that being said i still don't know much about he various phones and covereage and what not.

What do y'all think? For myself that only uses my phone like...a couple times a month really i currenlty pay $10 monthly for talk minutes i generally don't even use up, and i get no text messaging unless i pay ontop, which i never have. Currenlty i'm thru telus with umm a samsung phone that was really popular 2 years back.

wow that would be great for me also because I barly use my cell phone and I'm with telus also but with an LG phone

 

Damn't....so no one knows anything about this....since they have the $50 rebate on phone's i might go grab a phone and try it out...see what there is to all this. I just wanna find the Motorola V180 phone, cause i think i like it best.
