haha....it's nice to know i'm not the only one that has to deal with these people. I'm gonna call HP support and heckle you!!!

I'm gonna call with my way outta date scanner that was purchased about 10 years ago and complain that i wasn't given a cd with the drivers, and that the stuff that the previous tech walked me thru crashed my computer and now i can't get online, as well my scanner makes a funny noise when i turn it on.

On second thought, as fun as that sounds, it's clearly too much work. But customers never like when you tell them the problem is likely their computer. Apparenlty thats impossible...or computers don't make mistakes on their own nor do files go corrupt. Damn people!

I always have paper weights I buy then sell like 6 months later lol
