BarBQue is not cooking, anyways all the world's best chef's are men, nothing wrong with a man who can cook, heck I doubt there is very many women under the age of 25 who know how to cook nowadays.
BTW I can't cook, sometimes I burn my cheerios, but I can BBQ

I love Fusion Cuisine and the grill, there are a couple of things that just blow people away.
Like the "Coconut milk & Curry Quesadilla"...Yummy
I'm lucky enough to have the weather and the place to BBQ year round, it's really about perfecting your technique with the grill...
Rib Eye...look for a well marbled steak, about 2-3 inches thick. Key is to sear the meat on all sides on very very high heat, then turn down the grill to about 40% output and grill to suit. 3-4 minutes a side for medium rare.
T-Bone or Porterhouse...Tasty steak by nature, not usually as thick and thus will cook a lot faster, really have to watch it.
Prime Rib...can be made to taste amazing, very quick on the grill for medium rare, only about 2 minutes a side, sear first.
I usually don't bother with tenderloin b/c it has very little flavor by nature, unless wrapped in bacon. Very low in fat though, and expensive.
I don't usually go for for sirloins either as they can be hit or miss, and most often need some marination.
Nothing like a spinach salad complete with bacon bits, mushrooms and hard boiled eggs, some grilled yams and asparagus along with a nice rib eye....And a great beer
Looks like steak tonight...
