Hopefully it all works out for ya. I got together with him once when he was living down in St Catharines, good guy, I don't know what is taking so long though, but I'm sure he'll come though.

Let us know,
Good luck,

Thats the way it goes man...

MR2 has alot of nice ideas about the popo... unfortunaly things are a little different for those of us who reside in reality....

The best Id hope for from the RCMP would be for them to phone the guy and ask what is up... at that point all he has to say is that he sent the subs..... stuff gets lost in the mail all the time... and in order to charge this guy with anything the crown would have to PROVE that he didn't send them.... which is pretty much impossible....

MAY BE you would get some results if this guy has a previous record involving fraud/theft and you sent him more then $1000....

Other then that the federal bacon aint gonna waste there time on you and your relatively minor setback...

You might as well go jerk off...

Still if the guy dosen't pull through that is the first phone call you should make... just don't expect anything to happen.....

In Haunz's idea of reality, it is alright to smoke weed and break the law.

Plain and simple, seller broke the law. Not much else can be read into it. Unless you are Haunz and were kidnapped by aliens and had experiments done to you.

Haunz, my reality is that based around the laws that govern us. Your reality is that is alright to break the law because you don't agree with them. Add some cheese to your whine?

Wait a minute, Haunz is in school, he must be right.

First thing to do is contact the RCMP and have a file opened. A investigation will take place and perhaps this is the guy who has been ripping off other people on many forums for the last couple of years, who knows. Next step is small claims court and he would then have to make the trip to Alberta. He doesn't show, the judge can and will order anything from a forfeiture of funds from his bank account to an arrest warrant.

Haunz, why don't you dick me around and find out first hand how I'd deal with you. I dare you.

There needs to be a maturity level requirement to be a police officer in this country. Our police forces are more & more reminding me of the cops in the states, they'll let anyone be a cop in that country.

Part of the problem is that cops are:

-Underpaid
-Undertrained
-Overworked

It's pretty hard to attract quality people when they can make more money elsewhere doing an easier job.

OK tough guy, why don't you send me a check... and Ill send you a clue....

I agree the origonal poster should call the 5-0 if he dosen't get any results from this guy... but I can almost guarentee the cops won't get him any results either...(he seems to know that already)

still there is a chance, and if he pulls the same **** on someone in the near future there might be a better chance of the po doing something.... so id call anyway..

ya, you can take him to court over this... but you'd have to decide if its worth your time/money to do it ?? Then, you still have to prove within the judge's reason that he didn't ship.... (no guarentees there) Not to mention the whole blood from a stone issue...

There are quite a few ways to get even with someone though
