They stopped making the hammer cause it cost way to much for production.
EVERY sub was hand built....
Plus you would need a bus to have the min box specs for it to run close to the proper specs.

I still cannot grasp the fact that MTX even tried something like this.
If someone wants to be loud, they know what to go for, and that, and it's price wouldn't be on anyones list.
Its specs say 12 000 peak power... I may stand corrected but didn't someone put over 40 000 watts to an RE MT without it blowing? And arent the MT's going for just under $2000 new? A good 5000 less then the jackhammers retail!!

Ahh man.. for the amount of product bashing I did Iam sorry to hear they are cutting production...

(if thats really true?)

It might have helped if they had designed something reasonable... having a 20"+ woofer is one thing... making it weigh 350lbs for the sake of appearance is another...
