anyone use carfax before?

You guyz find it useful? i put in a vin for a car and it brought up a bunch of info..engine,make,model, body style, ect and also says there are 4 reports for this car... im curious as to what kind of reports these are and if half the reports on that site are worth the like 25 bucks or what not....

if anyone has purchased a unlimited carfax report thing could you run through this vin and let me know what the 4 reports are and if they are serious or just a waste of money.... im curious :P

its a 2002 cavalier...did you buy a package for unlimited reports? If so i would really appreciate if you ran through the vin i posted up at the top ........i normally would pay and support them but ive become a real penny pincher tryin to save money :P and its more curiosity than anything as to what sort of things they say because one car i ran through told me it had like 12 records and i seen and drove the car and it seemed good

thanks

P.S- my biggest concern is getting a lemon, already had one...no fun lol, and i dont understand how carfax can know this unless someone is a kind enough person to tell them that yes my car is a lemon but how many people do that?

a car need to get aircare 199?-2005 each 2yr
so 4 would not be bad to see 4-6 i would think i would see if i saw 6-12 i would run it and if it was higher i would run form it
i do not have one now or i would run it for you

Sask does not have inspections or aircare, except of OOP vehicles.

If you are buying the car and not financing it, make sure to do a lien check. I think SGI can do it for you. This makes sure that the vehicle does not have money owing on it, which you would be responsible for.

What makes you think that?

What dealership are you dealing with?

Southey motors.... they had just got in on a trade in from the sounds of things....carfax says it was manufacutred in Mexico if that means anything lol

and why do you say it is not a sask car? That wouldnt even matter would it? as long as it has passed the saftey and been plated here before right?

what i has seen after running about 40-50 cars is a lot of cars come form the east and end up here but the car is not form Sask to bc it would be Sask than coming west untoll it hits b.c then i see them go to the USA like WA

you may run it and see that it was 1 manufacutred in Mexico 2 landed in usa 3 landed in canada (sold as new car some times it is faster to get it up here this way i think or cost less for shipping) 4 sold

if you Leases a car then pay it out it will come up as 2 things
